Architecture + Women Installation

The amazing architectural photographer Sam Hartnett took these shots below of the recent 'Archive of Atmosphere' install at the A+W exhibition.

Big thank you to Lindesay Construction for construction and materials.

The 'Archive of Atmosphere': Water drips from overhead, is collected, processed and crystallised. The embedded particles are an archive of local climate.

Proper respect to:

Waimate Potting Shed

Along the northern edge of the garden stands a recently completed project: a garden wall made of demolition bricks from Christchurch, and a small potting shed...

with creosote walls, a white Kauri door, colonial red roof...

... and view over Caroline's garden.

The wall creates a warm edge for some outdoor livin'.

Christopher Wren; St Stephen, Walbrook

The air is soft and the light quiet.
Upon reaching the centre, there is nowhere closer we can get,
only stillness and nothing left to say,
from here all paths radiate away.
